Acupuncture is a safe, effective, non-drug approach to healing that has endured for thousands of years across different cultures. Acupuncture works at the body, mind, and spirit levels to achieve greater wellness, a sense of balance and ease, pain reduction, improved quality of sleep, stress reduction, improved mood, and so much more. Acupuncture may be combined with bodywork modalities such as Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Cupping, Acupressure, and dietary and lifestyle coaching.
Used in conjunction with acupuncture, you will receive a customized herbal formula for your individual needs. This can be taken in either tea or pill form. Chinese Herbs predate the use of acupuncture to cure many illnesses. Some of the most common requests for herbal medicine include reduction of pain, menstrual and fertility support, sleep support, improvements for anxiety and depression, respiratory health, and digestive support. We also offer formulas for pediatric concerns such as teething,
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique used to assist the body's innate healing ability. A reiki practitioner uses "laying on hands" or hovers their hands above the body to improve the flow of universal life energy within areas of the body. Reiki promotes feelings of peace, tranquility, and well-being, as well as assisting the body's natural recovery.

Qi Gong is a moving meditation, most closely resembling Tai Chi. Qi gong uses breath-work and gentle repetitive motions to unlock blockages in the qi flow and access greater flow of universal energy. Qi gong calms the mind, deepens the breath, and increases regeneration of the physical body. Qi gong can also be done seated if necessary.
We offer a monthly 30 minute yoga class, followed by 30 minutes of acupuncture on the mat. Enjoy both of these wonderful healing modalities in our sacred group healing space.
